What you share with me.
My inquiry form asks for your name or preferred name, email, session interest, preferred timing and location, and a message. I use this information to respond and discuss a possible appointment. Please do not send medical records, payment information, identification documents, or intimate images.
How inquiries are handled.
My website passes inquiries to its email system. The website host and email providers may process and store correspondence to deliver it. Email is not a confidential clinical communication channel, and delivery or complete privacy cannot be guaranteed. My form does not enroll you in marketing emails.
Technical information and cookies.
WordPress, the hosting service, and security software may process IP addresses, request times, browser details, and technical logs. My form uses a short-lived hashed network identifier to limit repeated submissions. Administrative login and security features may use cookies. You can review the choices provided in the cookie notice.
Retention and your questions.
Inquiry correspondence may remain in the receiving mailbox and its backups. If you want to ask about access, correction, or deletion, contact me through the inquiry form without including sensitive details.
Editorial imagery.
My website includes generated editorial imagery and a restyled portrait with my upper face outside the frame. These images do not document a particular session or guarantee a specific location or setting.
Changes.
I may update this page as my website or processes change. Other websites have their own privacy practices. Please review this page before sharing information.
