If you’re considering your first Tantra session in Alaska, you may have questions before you know whether you want to book. I welcome that. I would rather begin with an honest conversation than have you arrive with assumptions we haven’t discussed.
Ask what the experience includes.
“Tantra” can mean different things to different people. I explain my own approach, the session format, and my boundaries directly. Ask me about anything that feels unclear, including timing, rates, and meeting arrangements.
Name your comfort level.
You don’t need a polished explanation. A simple “I’m new to this” or “I’d like to take things slowly” is a useful place to begin. I want to understand what helps you feel at ease without asking you to disclose more than you wish.
Leave room around your appointment.
I suggest allowing enough time that you aren’t rushing in or immediately rushing away. Arrive clean and sober, and ask in advance about any practical or accessibility needs.
Keep consent part of the conversation.
You can decline, ask for a pause, or stop. An agreement before a session does not take away your ability to change your mind. I maintain my own boundaries, too.
Let go of a required result.
I don’t ask you to achieve a particular feeling or reaction. My sessions are about presence and relaxation, rather than a promise of healing or transformation. You can simply notice the moment you’re in.
